Learn ways to stay trim

Often I come across some real good articles about staying healthy.  How to achieve good eating habits, how to change bad habits, tidbits about losing weight, what to eat, what not to eat, has it helped?

Hopefully it has, and knowing that you can lead a fulfilling life with a healthy body and no longer wonder how to change whatever dilemma you’re in, has to be the leading factor towards improving your health as well as your motivation to stride ahead.

Changing stubborn bad habits can really be very beneficial to your health. In my very own case I have noticed a steady decline around my waistline. My sit up activity has increased to 40 sit ups at time. I went from doing 10 to 40 in less than 3 weeks. And now I do a minimum of 40 to 45 sit ups at each sitting. It’s been 3 months since I started. Even when I miss a day I make a stern reminder to myself to reach 50 sit-ups on my next routine. I’m almost there but I have to admit it’s tough going.

No longer do I gorge myself on quick greasy snacks that could almost count as short fatty meal before my dinner. If I feel hungry I might have one or two crackers with peanut butter and a cold drink of water from my cooler as I’m driving home. This practice alone believe it or not, is enough to satisfy my hunger binge before my diner time. Amazingly enough, even a sweet peach or some grapes can satisfy my immediate hunger.

These little changing actions can really make a difference. In the last month I’ve notice that I can now move my belt buckle up a notch and my waistline is a bit less noticeable than it was 6 weeks ago. I can also feel my stomach muscles tightening and shaping themselves to a leaner profile.

If you have your pulse on line and your ear to the ground by reading health articles and personal testimonies from people who want to change their eating habits and are serious about losing that extra mid-ridge fat, I can attest to the fact that all this effort is really worth it.

I never thought I could really lose some of my waistline, and now that I see some results, this motivates me even more.  As many of you know, losing stomach fat does take a lot of effort, constant reinforcement and a continuing desire to really want that change to happen. So what’s holding you back? How’s your plan working for you? Would love to hear what you’re doing about increasing health awareness in your life.

Portion Control has is very important if you don’t want that extra gain when you eat. More so now, than ever before, do I visualize and think hard about what I eat, it kills me to see overweight people with very large and protruding stomachs in fast foods places gorge themselves with piles of food that they only think they need. Together with a large glass of soda which we all know is nothing but a pile of sugar. Will they ever know the difference?
